We always think of chiropractic care and muscle relaxers, but nutrition and rest play an equally vital role.

The spine plays one of the biggest roles in our ability to functional comfortable – it’s important to make sure it is taken good care of. Like you said, rest helps, but it’s important if you are feeling any kind of pain to get it looked at by a chiropractor or doctor.
