  1. I have a question. when I was injured from an 18 wheeler, I called an attorney first and he sent me to a chiro. all was settled, they got paid, I got paid. now years later my friend has been in an accident and went to the hospital but did not contact an attorney nor the driver who hit her nor detective on the case. its been 27 days now. she went to a chiro today who said he’ll hand the case over to an attorney, but I feel that should be her decision, not his because I feel he’ll take whatever is coming for her for himself. to me it doesn’t sound right. i told her I think she should get out of that if she can and contact an attorney on her own-phone books full of them or she can use my atty.

    1. You are absolutely correct. You can use or hire any attorney of your choosing. You can also use any chiropractor of your choosing. Almost all attorneys have a relationship with a chiropractor. It is also true that almost all chiropractors have a relationship with an attorney. This is to help facilitate the needs of their respective clients or patients. It is always your choice! Best of luck to your friend!
